遇到車禍了

我LG騎自行車上班遇到車禍. 一汽車把他撞了.在急診室折騰了一天除了臉上縫了六針, 其他沒什麽大事. 警察已判對方的錯.對方也有car insurance.我們該怎麽辦? 需要找律師嗎?
