Living Trust

上周在公司和同事聊天，他們說起set up a trust，萬一死了，親人可以省很多稅。

一想也對，像我這樣的單身母親，如果沒有trust，死了以後兒子付完稅一半的錢也拿不到。

看到網上有$29.99的living trust package，打算三月份買來試試。昨天問了個律師，他說這樣可以，不必請律師set up trust.

等三月做完了來匯報，現在太忙，沒時間。

有懂的朋友能不能也介紹一下，俺們老中這方麵懂的太少。
