but there is a sentence in release claim: "any and all known and unknown personal injuries and Property Damage resulting or to result form accident that occurred on or about 06/14/06 at XX place." this sentence said which is including property damage I am afraid they may use this settlement against me in the future since i got the whole payment?($20,000) for my totaled car, which is much more than $500.
