H1B Transfer GAP 的問題

現在在A大學H1B, 今年7月1日到期,
聯係了B大學給H1B,可能5,6月份開始.

由於家庭原因,想3月份回國呆2-3個月,我能否做如下操作,

讓B近期提交申請-->3月我從A辭職回國-->5月B將批準文件郵寄回中國-->我拿批件返回美國
