在下麵第五個問題中,您說假如拿A雇主的H1B材料,比如I-797等,就不容易在美國駐外大使館獲的簽證,因為時間已經不滿六個月了,但是如果在國內收到了新雇主B的I-797等,就可以拿新的材料去獲的簽證.

我的理解正確麽??

2、大概從申請開始到正式到手要多久？
Like the old one, if you use premium service, it will take two weeks.
3、到什麽步驟現在雇主才知道我要走人？
It is up to you. But you need to let him know it, at least two or three months. So that he can find others to replace you.
4、到什麽步驟我可以為新雇主工作？
After you get your approval of Notice.
5、在Transfer期間我可不可以回國？
Before you get your new h1, you have old h1, so you can go back to china. But if your old h1 will be expire within 6 months, you will have a trouble to get your visa.
6、現在的雇主會不會從中起到哪些不好的作用？
It has not any relationship with your old boss except you need his referrence letter.
