如果甲和乙租車結伴出遊，甲在租約上簽的字。車子在中途由於甲方的明顯操作有誤，導致汽車損壞，車主要求賠償。但甲方以信用額不夠為由，讓乙方以信用卡代付。問題是：回來後，甲方拒絕付錢給乙方，以致追債公司每天打電話給乙方。請問：從法律上講，誰應該負責償還這筆錢？
