1) You probably shall file complaint on the buyer to eBay -- people do not like to sell things to bad buyer either. Tell them what happened, and tried to see if they can remove the bad comment.
2) You probably can call police to see if what the buyer did is some kind of harassment and what you can do about it. -- Apparently what they did make your daily life interrupted. Another good thing to call police is that if you can/decide to sue in the future, the police record is the proof that you get harassed.
3) Keep all the evidence. LaoMao mentioned "duress" in another post. Know nothing about it myself though.
