Different people are troubled by different issues. The fact that strawberrylemonade's daily life is disturbed is not his fault. There is nothing wrong to inquire police what he can do to prevent the buyer keep harassing him.

I think, in harassment case, what it counts is the how the "victim" feel; not how the "harasser" or "outsider" feels.
