1: your friend can not leave the company bacause her H1 visa, let the big boss knew it is end of world for your friend.

2. the big Boss is not dare to fire your friend because it may led your friend to sue the company, keep your friend into another group is for his own company's safety.

3. do not tell the big Boss that which group is best for you, let the big Boss to choose which one is best to solve the mass.
