買房子被騙了！請問大家這個官司可以打嗎？

4個月前買了一個50年的老房子。 是投資者買了之後裝修賣給我的。 當時他沒有Disclose給我任何負麵的消息。 第一次買房， 工作忙沒有任何經驗。 現在我的臥室兩麵牆上全是MOLD（黴菌). 清理要花很多銀子。 我覺得賣主有意欺詐， 準備Suit他。 請問大家勝訴如何？到哪裏可以找個好的律師？謝謝！
