I still have two questions:
1. does it make his last visit to the US invalid since they have cancelled his last visa? how should he fill information about that visa in the future? should he say "yes" when asked whether visa application has ever been denied?
2. what document shall I prepare for him here in the States to expedite this process? where should I send them?
