My ex applied my green card.

We applied green card same time.He is EB. I am his depedent. He didn't apply our daughter. He is selfish. My daughter was here since she was little. I sent her back because have to work. His father didn't want pay anything. He used green card to threatened me. Now I got job and green card. I want get my daughter here with me. I do need your more help. I am afraid I cannot do Follow join. Her fahter can do it. But he won't do it for us.
