如何從國內匯款到美國？

I just bought a new house in GA. My mother, who is in Shang Hai, promises to send me around $10,000 a year to pay for the house payment. But it turns out that the wiring fee is very high (almost $1000 for sending $10,000, plus a 3-months delay in the bank). Are there cheap and safe ways to send money? Going back to China every year is not feasible for me because that means getting a new visa every year. Please help!!!!!!!!
