Not sure if Georgia has citibank, but I am sure you have friends who have citi accoutns. Using citi to wire transfer is very cheap. I think it is about 20-30 USD per transfer without limits. I have dones this before with citi accouts. I was transferring money from Singapore to NY (both my own citi accounts) and paied $25 for all the transfers I did (the highest one was $60,000).
