法律上，這是重婚嗎？

我和男友生活共同了幾年， 有個孩子，沒有正式的結婚，但也算是的係列。 他有老婆，還有孩子， 隻是回去看望， 沒有離婚。請問這是重婚嗎？

說法不一， 所以我也不明白。請指點！
