惱人的車禍（續），關於保險，敬請指教，感激不盡！

我打電話問過保險公司，他們是不幫我 fight for ticket 的。我現在正在找律師處理ticket. 今天收到了保險公司的來信，有點疑問和擔心，請幫忙看一下，萬分感激！信的主要內容大概是這樣，

We have complete our investigation of …, Our investigation included obtaining statement from you, Mr. B (the other party), and the witness to the accident. Based upon our investigation, we have found you to be fully responsible for this accident and the subsequent property damage and injuries sustained by Mr. B.

It appears that the claims of the parties involved in this accident may exceed the available policy limit of $25,000 per person injured in a single accident. In order to effect a settlement of this matter, it may become necessary for us to reveal the amount of the policy limits. In order to do so, we need your permission.

然後就是要我簽名了。 我的問題是

1． 如果我簽名了，隻是允許保險公司 reveal my information， 還是同時間接承認了我要對事故負全部責任？（既然他們提到了他們的調查結果），我是不是必須得簽名，即使這意味著我認同他們的調查結果？

2． 如果保險公司沒能把索賠控製在$25,000以內，如果我需要打官司的話，這個（授權保險公司處理，盡管實際上我不認同他們的調查結果）會不會影響到我對自己不應該負全責的堅持?

3． 我現在聯係到了一個律師幫我 fight ticket，他隻是含糊地說 $600 for entire case。 我正要繼續和他negotiate, 問清他到底提供哪些help，因為我們這裏是貧窮的小地方，我好不容易才找到一個肯接這種案子的律師，還不知道能不能再找一個或幾個來比較，大家認為這個價錢怎麽樣? 有沒有哪位有經驗，律師都會幫忙做哪些工作?
