Where can I sue this website company?

I was cheated by a website company.
I ordered a camera package from this company based on its website. The package cost about $6000. But when I received the package, I found the lens which they sent me were different from what its website described. Obviously they sent me the cheaper lens. I called this company. They claimed that they sent me the upgraded one and they encouraged me to try those lenses.
I don't agree with them. I know I meet a dishonest company. I already told my credit card company about this and my credit card company would investigate this.
Can anyone tell me how I can do to get my whole money back including handling and shipping fee (about $300)? Where can I sue this company?
I also warn all of us not to buy expensive stuff from website!
