I know this is not your emergency, so you say that!

Why? She has told me she use my $300deposit (I only live there for 2.5 month) to ending our lease, then she never told me or give me any notice say I need to pay more to her after I moved out, actually I called so many times after I moved out, but she never told me this, That is why I feel unfair. Then she just report this to my credit card compnay directly as deliquent.
what do you think????????
