I received a notice letter from the billing company it's showed I have to pay the doctor bill by the end of next week.Otherwise they will send the bill to collection company. I contacted the insurance company yesterday and was told they need to contact the billing company and the doctor to make sure the documentation they have is proper. My concern is it usually takes insurance company 15 business days to make the claim payment. 15 business days is longer than the deadline showed on the billing notice. If that happens, will the billing company send the record to collection company and will that hurt my credit score?
Old cat, I appreciate your answer last time. Hopefully I can get your answer again. Thank you.
Again, sorry I don't have chinese on this computer.
please help old cat
