請注意有關 California's Tanner Consumer Protection Act
的部份，您的情況應該可以適用這個法規，基本上您可以要求全額退款或是要求車商換一部全新的車給您，但是如果您想獲得更多的賠償，老貓不認為您有太多的機會，當然車商這種行為確實野已經違反公平交易的原則，因此您可以向您所在州的BBB報告，當然您也可以向HONDA的總公司申訴，一般的情況，(當然機會並不大)這個車商有可能失去做為HONDA經銷商的權利
