回複:我們租的房子合同到期後是自動續簽2個月的

在我的合同裏有這樣一句:This is a lease for at least one year beginging on ---and ending on---.To qualify for a security deposit return, there must be a written motice by either lessor or lessee thirty days in advance of the lease ecpiration date.This will terminate the tenancy as of the lease expiration date.This notice must be given on or before the first day of the month in which you intend to move.Otherwise, the lease will renew ifself on a month-to month basis with the same requirements in effect.

我理解為每個月自動續簽,那麽房租是不應該隨便漲的,即使要漲也應該提前一個月通知我。如果房東隨便漲房租的話,豈不是他每個月都可以張呀???
