請問車禍賠償問題。請問一般的賠償額是所費治療費用的相等數額還是3

有人說是請了律師，賠償額一般是3倍，1/3還給保險公司，1/3給律師，1/3是受害人。是否這樣？我指的是一般的車禍。不是那種天文賠償，也不是那種小病痛。因為也做了小手術。
