I have thot about this option, but then I have concerns regarding this too..

1)I am very healthy now. I don't know if my ob will sign me the doctor's note.

2)We have 26 weeks of short term disability. and I have 25 more weeks to go.. I don't know if it is too early to go to short term disability now..

Also, I don't think they have problem paying me. They have plenty of money, they are still hiring now. What they want to do is getting ride of people to take the blame of their screw ups.. So, yes, if my doctor give me the doctor's notes and I might be able to escape this, but I don't think that will make them happy with me... I really don't know how I can ask my doctor for this notes.. I will feel too embrassed, because I am completely healthy and with no sign of needing to bed rest at all.
