1. I am not an expert. From my experience, you almost have no chance to win. If you were caught for speeding by the police, I believe they have the smoking gun to show in the court. It is your fault to speed. It has nothing to do with other drivers no matter how fast they drove. Your logic is wrong.
2. You don't need to pay for the translation service.
