被抓住後警察作了紀錄
然後放我走了，但是等上法庭的傳票
請問我會麵臨什麽樣的後果？罰款會友多少？會坐牢馬？
我1月剛拿到的臨時綠卡，申請10年綠卡時會不給批準嗎？
我有心理問題一直都在看心理醫生和吃抑鬱症的藥品請問這會幫助我減輕罪行嗎？
我需要請律師嗎？
