I am a surgeon and my personal view is that the charge is fairly OK. What you think the simple rotation indeed is the relocation. THAT IS THE SPECIAL TECHNIQUE.Do not be fussy, man,this is America. Since I have tell you that is not a overcharge, try to be adapted instead of mere complaining.
