請問如果要離婚的夫妻雙方就孩子一事達不成協議，

都想和孩子在一起。在正式離婚前，或是分居階段，其中一方能否擅自單獨把孩子帶在身邊？有什麽需要注意嗎？還是必須等待正式離婚判決後才能？謝了。
