I pay property tax and forget to show it. There are other small cost items, such as repair, fees to the town. Yes I should add up. But I still have an income.
Do you mean depreciation? I was thinking of that too. However, the consequence is that I may have to pay the tax back at the time of selling. Additional information is that the price drop was during the time we staying. So I can't use the figure we bought the house, but can only use the current market value.
