回複:all jobs requires Visa

The first one is correct. According to NAFTA Canadians in those occupations can enter the US as Business Visitors. They do not a visa. But they do need to apply for the status as a business visitors at the port of entry. Those occupations list under NAFTA Appendix 1603.A.I.

The second post has a little mistakes there: Canadians do not need a visa to enter the US. They only need to apply for one kind of "status" at the port of entry or the employer petitions for them in the US with CIS before they enter, such as TN status, L-1A or L-1B or H-1B. TN only valid for one year and can renew annually; L-1A good for max. 7 years, first time 3 years and extend later; L-1B good for max. 5 years and first time 3 years and extend later.
