Yes, we have a joint accout, put all the money together, pay all the bills from that joint account, file joint tax return, and bought a new house in 2004.

Since I got temporary green card in Jan 2004, even though we have married for more than two and half years, the temporary green card will not be expired until Jan 2007, which mean I can't file "removal condition" until end of next year.

Are you saying that there will be another interview after submitt the "removal of condition"?
