Oh that is weird - as I understand the conditional GC typically is for 2 years - matching the 2 year marriage thing. Anyways, if yours won't expire until Jan2007, then you'll have to wait longer. But either way, when you can file, you can file by yourself if you have to.
Typically you don't need another interview when filing for removal of condition. But some areas may ask for one for whatever reason - it's all human decision based so you never know. And if you have to file by yourself they may want to interview you. But don't worry, you have enough documents to prove the marriage is real. Just follow the process and be patient.
