I know many Chinese avoid hire attorney because they come from a country without comprehensive law system. It does not mean you should give up your rights.

Most contigent fee case will not go on trial and settle privately between attorneys. As a client, you do not need to worry anything especially when you do not like to take too much in trouble during pregnancy.

I really believe you need an experience attorney to represent you to protect your rights.
