NOT REALLY.
If your company ask you if you have a criminal record, you can say NO, but if your company as you if you have an arrest record, you have to say yes, and give a good reason for it. In fact if yoour company later find out you have an arrest record, (not a criminal record),in most company, you are actually subject to be terminated immediately base on you lie to the company.
