對方是一輛小卡車，沒回頭就往右換道。我在他的盲點，躲了一下（不要批判我，這是本能，經曆一下就知道了），結果失控，車撞上路邊的土坡翻了.

In the USA, this is your fault. You should not drive at the blind spot, and should not avoid the accident. Only the damage can show who‘s at fault.

現在警察報告出來說我全責，但是報告上錯誤連篇，連現場環境示意圖都畫錯了，並根據一個witness的話判斷我全責。

He has a witness, do you have one. You are inside the car, the witness are outside. Whom do you believe?

那個警察是個剛來得new cop, 我現在已經正式寫信給他supervisor, 要求澄清

You are not getting anywhere. The Police is doing his work. He doesn’t know you or the other party. He observed the damage of you car and the witness. There is no impact on the other car.

I have to say sorry. You will lose in a court.

The best is, paid all the bill and have your insurance company handle all the work.
