if he did not sign, and you paid with credit card, how did it work? so they took your signature with a different name on purchase order?

this question is very fact specific. you can always argue that your hu*****and did not know. but most likely, if they sue, they will sue the person whose name on the purchase order, i.e. your hu*****and.
