Your issue is about human rights. Your company discriminated against you because of sex. Women are legally protected from discrimination and harassment because of sex. This protection includes pregnancy. It is illegal to discriminate because a woman is pregnant. It is also illegal to discriminate because a woman was pregnant, had a baby, or may become pregnant. You have the right to keep your job. My suggestion is as follows:
1)Collect evidence
2)Talk to the govenrment see what they can do on this issue.
3)study the human rights law in your state. Find out the steps to file a human right complaint.
I am really upset that some people, such as 單身老貓 who claimed to be a law student, gave you the wrong infomation. You need to stand up for your human rights. You have nothing to lose.
