請教一個Credit History

幾年前leas Apt. 和landlord產生糾紛被起訴（後來才知landlord是一個專欺中國學生的惡主）。因為當時已搬到另外一個城市忙著找工作，沒有時間應訴，丟了官司，被法庭從銀行扣除一筆錢支付landlord。本是一樁小事，時隔多年，早就妄掉了。那知最近才發現，這事仍在credit history上沒有clear. 打電話給court，辦事員說court沒有記錄，隻有landlord給court寫信才能clear。landlord現在不在美國，無法聯係上。而且從網上發現，landlord才跟中國學生打過類似的官司。可見landlord就是靠打官司賺錢。即使能找到他，讓他給court出信的可能也不大。當時的bank statement已經丟失，那家bank也已經被兼並，現在也找不到什麽有用消息。而我現在急需clear credit history。有什麽好辦法呢？多謝！
