I basically agree all BODD, Cat, experiences, etc. said.
What cat said, although very typical from book, is
still very helpful for the guidance of the understanding
of the law, so that I will take extremely care for
all things could happen later. (You can not guranttee
nothing will happen, especially in US). But I have to
say BODD, experiences and a few others said the very
right and practical things, too. Only by combining
both, I could learn the best from my own.
At least what Cat said did a lot help when I went to
see many lawyers that we basically make the talk much
efficient.
I talked also with International student advisor, and
he also encouraged me to speak my self out correctly.
He will also talk with the dean to try to drop the
case before anyone else involved, although he is still
working on it and can not guranttee it at the moment
we were talking. HE think even american could do same
thing and nothing is particularlily wrong. And he think
University is actually thinking of removing all the
personal information off the ID. I just need to be care
ful next time whenever I deal with a police because he
think not every police could do things reasonable.
