Thanks. I guess now it is just at the starting point. The lawer now is trying to fill out the I-140 form to get my signature. When I received the I-140 form, I noticed there were many mistakes on it. I corrected the mistakes and asked my lawer to refill the form and mail it to me again. But to my surprise, the lawer firmly insist that I should sign the form or sign a blank form and mail it back to him. I feel it is not a right thing to sign a form with mistakes on it or sign a blank form. So I didn't sign and return the form. But the lawer thought that I am overriding his opinion? Does my lawer act properly?
