I got the contract lease and had moving date settled before I can apply for township inspection for the rental U &O. Then, there is always a chance that I (or someone else) may not finish all the required inspection before the moving date, no matter how hard I tried in good faith.
The inspector (only 1 electric inspector in township) may be on vacation or I failed the inpspection twice. Those all takes time. That is the issue I felt the township's request for signing the contract lease first before their inspection and finish all their inspection before moving in is unfair. Other township can give you a grace period, here it seems that they don't have. Any other TF 大老 had the same issue?
