2. 申請 rental U & 0 ， 1).我首先需要做: Heating, Chimney inspections. 做完了這兩項，我才能開始申請 rental U &0.
2).在申請rental U &0的時候我需要填renters人的姓名。就是說跟renters簽完合同才能填申請. 申請和Heating, Chimney inspections certificates 交上去以後, township才能給我安排 electric inspection 和 housing inspection(兩項, 比 residential U and O 多做total 四項).
3).我的問題是：我簽了 租房lease星期一 tenants move in。 township給我安排 electric inspection 和 housing inspection 用一個星期的時間. 我沒過electric inspection. 找 electrician 和完工花一個星期的時間. Township還需要做 electric re-inspection.
Township clerk threaten 我. 如果星期一進去住得話，就send someone there (to harass tenants?)和 fine我.要求我讓tenants 變更moving date.可是tenants已經terminated his old lease.星期一進去必須住進去. 我該怎麽辦？
上一個tenant才住了三個月。我六月份剛做完和過了 rental U& O.
Township 的 ordiance 說, "new inspections are needed each time there is a tennant change over." Nothing more.
Township這麽做合理合法嗎?
