緊急求助—water softner installation的問題

坐標德州。上一星期三簽了一個裝軟水器的work order 。沒有交任何錢和簽任何別的文件。今天想取消，可是軟水器公司的人說，因為他們order parts and system already，所以需要instocking fee. 請問從法律上來講，我需要交parts and system的restocking fee嗎？謝謝。
