I agree they start to divorce!

I encourage both party to corporate the divorce procedure. However, he is F1, she is only F2, and he needs her help in his legal problem now. It has no mean he should keep being out of control any longer. They can get agreement peacefully, that's all I wanted to say. Especially in this case, he should act as a man. Good for everybody!
