（急）求助：告房東的court hearing被取消了

之前租房子搬出後黑房東不退押金，我告到了small claims court，但是房東沒有respond,之後我file 了default hearing,本來下周就要hearing了，結果前幾天房東突然寄來了信回複"general denial" the claim, 然後我今天收到信法庭竟然把hearing cancel了，變成了set to the medicaion to later date......我不同意mediation,因為這個惡心房東就是在拖延時間，他們現在不住在美國，他們在賣他們的出租屋，賣完了他們人都找不到了，我該怎麽辦？跪求建議。。為了尋求公正已經花了很多金錢，時間，和精力，真的是意難平。。。
