寫個律師信過去，附上準備起訴的訴狀。起訴： breach of contract/breach of convenant of good faith and fair dealing; negligence/negligent misrepresentation; 你們州的consumer protection act; fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation; 在加個聯邦的法 violation of the magnuson-Moss warranty improvement act, 因為第一家是warrantor。可以把後期需要維修的費用算在negligence/negligent misrepresentation 上
