開了別人的車子拿到ticket (Video 抓拍）

朋友回國把車子放我家，有交代偶爾幫忙開一下，以免車子死掉。前兩天收到一張Ticket, 紅燈右轉車子沒有停死，是錄像抓到的。車主是男生，照片中我是女生。請問這種情況是否就是直接交罰款，還是需要到法庭解釋一下，有沒有違法現象，謝謝幫忙。
