第一，要去告，就不要羅羅嗦嗦地說Estoppel幹什麽。告什麽就說什麽。

"後來seller agent 又發給我lead paint disclosure，賣家有簽字，日期是在closing 後。這個文件從開始到closing都沒給我看過，要我waive the opportunity to conduct a risk assessment or inspection for the presence of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards. 另一個option是‘received a 10-day opportunity (or mutually agreed upon period) to conduct a risk assessment or inspection for the presence of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards“。 這個賣家太可惡了，不想這麽輕輕鬆鬆放過賣家，請問我能問他們要錢嗎？在我們州法律明文要求在p&S之前disclose。其間seller多次說謊，算不算欺詐？"

第二，不說自己在哪個州，不知道具體法律條文。無法回答以上問題。
