婚姻中房產問題

我們在美國有一棟房子是在婚姻裏買的， 當時是夫妻兩個人的名字，前幾年發現老公外遇要求離婚， 他不想離就把房子全部過戶給我了，但是事實並不是我期望的那麽簡單。請問如果我現在申請離婚的話， 這房子是算做夫妻共同財產嗎？謝謝！
