請教家庭暴力問題

上周末,夫妻吵架摔杯幾,紮東西.

十三歲的女兒打911報警.兩個警察來過後,分別對兩個人問話,做筆錄.因為發現男的臉上有抓傷的血跡,警察把女方帶上手銬送入監獄.第二天花一千美元保釋出來.

在警察問話過程中,男方沒有說任何不利女方的說詞.直是強掉這是普通的家庭糾紛.至於臉上的傷痕跟警察說:"如果你們不問我, 我不知道我臉上有傷(I were not aware that my face hurted before you came)".

女方在警察問話過程中,也承認男方臉上是她弄的("I did that"), 而沒有更進一步的描述.

警察進家門的時候,地上有摔壞的杯子之類的東西.


接下來是女方等警察提起公訴的上法庭時間.

在此請問有經驗的朋友:

*警察公訴,做為所謂受害者的男方, 有沒有可能讓這個案子往無罪處理?

*需要請律師嗎?如果要, 一般這種案件多少費用範圍?

*如果請律師, 請中國人的律師還呢還是請美國人的律師好?

*最壞的判決,可能到什麽程度?
