你不要在家等。　要盡快查出誰是負責你的CASE的ＤＡ(District Attorney)，然後夫妻一起約好到他辦公室去與他商量DISMISS the case. 現在這階段根本不關法官的事。Domestic Violence is a crime(Felony). You will be charged by the public even if your hu*****and doesn't file charges. Once convicted, a felon will not have a slim chance to get greencard or whatsoever.
So the best thing to do is to ask DA to dismiss your case before it reaches the court system. Once you are in the court system, you are the dead meat.
